We encourage you to explore the opportunity to make a difference in your community with the Phase Zero Grant from the Singing River Trail. This grant is designed to support projects that enhance our trail sections and get communities excited for future developments. Grants typically range from $250 to $5,000.

Eligible Projects

We want to help you add to the uniqueness of your town. The Phase Zero Grant is available for various project types including:

  • Public art
  • Literacy initiatives
  • Health & wellness programs
  • Improvements to public spaces along the Singing River Trail

Projects should aim to be completed within a year, with a brief follow-up report requested within three months of completion.

The Phase Zero Grant Process

Step 2: Meet with the Singing River Trail Grant Committee for a reflection call to discuss the “why” behind your project.

Step 3: Complete your Phase Zero project.

Step 4: Follow up with the Singing River Trail Grant Committee three months after the project is complete.
